Cherry Trees Winter Bridge League

If you enjoy playing Bridge with your friends and would like to support Cherry Trees, why not join our Bridge League which starts every year in September. It is run along the following lines:

We ask you to make up a group of 4 or 5 couples (5 preferred) with whom you enjoy playing bridge. You play 3 rubbers against each couple. 2 rubbers must be completed. (If you run out of time and fail to complete the 3rd rubber you score 50 points for a part score or 300 points for a game in that rubber). The exact net score of each rubber (plus or minus) is recorded on the score sheet you will receive.

There will be a prize for the overall winners, runners up and 3rd place, a prize for any grand slam called and made and a small prize for remaining winners of all the groups.
The entrance fee is £25 per person (£50 per couple). If you would like to support us this year, please contact fundraising.

On entering the Cherry Trees Bridge league you have the opportunity to join us in November at Burhill Golf Club for a seminar with Andrew Robson, widely regarded as one of the finest Bridge players/teachers/writers in the world today.
